When will I receive my item?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for standard shipping within the US.
We do not currently have any international shipping options, but we’re working hard to expand VERY soon.

What if it's been 2-3 business days after my order and I still haven't received my tracking number and/or confirmation that my item was shipped?
Please feel free to reach out to us! This is rare but sometimes, especially during the holiday rush, our warehouse can get backed up causing a 1-2 business day delay in fulfillment. Your package should still arrive within the 7-10 business day window (U.S. only, international shipping time may vary).

What's your policy on exchanges & returns?
Items purchased from jujule.net are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. All discounted items are final sale. Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost you paid for the return product excluding the price of shipping. Shipment that has the incorrect address and ineligible for refund.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, jujulee.net accepts purchases and is able to deliver all over the world. However, arrival time may vary depending on location.
